I'm Keshave Lal, a business coach for owners who feel stuck at their current level. My work rests on one realisation: as the business grows, the person leading it must grow too.
MY STORY
I didn't stumble into this work after some grand success story. I was guided here, slowly, quietly and deeply.
Most business owners don't stall because they lack effort, intelligence or discipline. They stall because the business has reached a level that the way they lead, decide and build their team hasn't caught up with yet.
I learned this the hard way. I once stood in my first office, over ₹5 lakh in debt — a small number today, but huge when you're just starting out alone. I borrowed ₹1 lakh from my father to ease the pressure and paid off the rest myself, through sheer hard work.
Hard work got me moving. The way I led decided how far the business could go.
Instead of pushing harder, I studied how decisions, habits and leadership patterns quietly shape execution, money and growth. That shift led to a bestselling book, co-creating a million-dollar edtech firm, and guiding 1,200+ entrepreneurs across India. More importantly, it led to a repeatable method: the Leadership Evolution Protocol.
